Science week is here!! Our first activity is making Balloon Rockets!

We estimated how far our rockets would travel and predicted which team’s rocket would travel the furthest and why.

We also learned that it’s all about the air…and thrust. As the air rushes out of the balloon, it creates a forward motion called THRUST. Thrust is a pushing force created by energy.
